About Me

Hi, my name is Jude. I am a Certified Play Therapist based in South Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor, and have worked with children for many years as a Primary Teacher, Community Dance Practitioner, and in SEND support.

I am passionate about how the power of Play Therapy leads to lasting positive change. It is such an important therapeutic space for children to process emotions safely, in their own way and at their own pace. Each child is unique and I work to build positive relationships and really listen to the needs of the child and their family.

I am a professional member of Play Therapy UK (PTUK) and am on their Register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists, accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, which is a public record of play therapists who meet or exceed PTUK’s recommended quality standards which cover training, supervision, continuing professional development and a contractual commitment to their Ethical Framework.
